Marsala wine tour with Sicilian lunch

The guide will meet you in the lobby of your hotel and by private minivan you will embark for a full day sightseeing in Marsala countryside. You will have the great opportunity to visit an ancient wine cellar famous for Marsala wine production, located in a “baglio”, the ancient Sicilian village, belonging to the family for generations.
Here you will taste local wines and of course the Marsala, the cousin of sherry. Lunch will be served at a local trattoria (local restaurant) with wine pairing. In the early afternoon you will reach the Stagnone lagoon with the typical windmills and on a sailboat ride you will taste local wine, at the sunset, sailing towards the island of Mozia, founded mid- eight century BC.
